Our solar panel brackets for bent tiled roofs, being positioned under the bent tile, become an integral part of the roof and not only do not weaken but also enhance the solidity of the base to which they are anchored.
They can be fixed, with appropriate rails, at intervals of 100/130 cm from each other and are positioned following the pitch of the bent tiles, therefore eliminating the need for measuring the positions.

Position 2 profiles for each module row orthogonally to the direction of the corrugation, rivet the profile onto the crests of the corrugation with 2 waterproof rivets. Finally, position the modules and proceed to fix the photovoltaic panels to the profile using the central and side clamps.
Note: Use small EPDM strips between the profile and the corrugated sheet metal.

This is an aluminum plate with an EPDM seal, complete with stainless steel module attachment elements. An innovative product in the Sun-Age range, including a plate with pins and two nuts.
The plate has numerous holes to allow the installer to choose the most suitable anchoring point in case of mechanical fixing.
The innovation of the plate lies in the possibility of gluing it to the roof to avoid drilling and water infiltration: the adhesive suitable for bonding is provided by Sun-Age, which also supplies, upon request, the technical sheet, traction tests, and instructions manual for use.
